Spatial Development at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh

Cliff Hague is Emeritus Professor in Planning and Spatial Development at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. He has been President of the Royal Town Planning Institute and of the Commonwealth Association of Planners. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Science in the UK, and has been awarded the OBE for his services to planning, as well as a medal from the Technical University of Brno.
