How do I create my Partner Profile?
1. In the Dashboard, click Profile → Add New (or All Profiles → Add New).
2. Author & access: The author account that signs in to create the partner profile is the account the that controls dashboard. The author can create multiple profiles and can publish participant profiles under an organisational profile, linking those participants to the organisation. Remember, only one user can edit the profile, this is the same profile with which you have registered the account.
3. When you open Add New Profile, you’ll fill an editable profile form. Key profile fields and actions like:
- Profile Type: select Person (individual) or Organisation. Choose a profile type that best fits you.
- Name / Title: person’s name or organisation name.
- Logo / Profile Photo and Header / Feature Image (banner).
- Short Description / Bio (1–3 sentences) and Full Description (longer).
- Social media links and Website.
- Location: Enter your organisation or personal location (required if you want to be shown on the CDN map).
- Partner profile settings: There is a checkbox or toggle labelled Conscious Design Network / List on network — select this to be listed across the site (and on the CDN). To be shown on the map, ensure Location is filled.
- Profile visibility options: choose whether to show or hide location publicly; choose whether contact details (email/phone) are visible or hidden.
- Domain / Field: choose the design field(s) or Designing for Life themes that apply to you.
- Connect profiles: if you are an organisation you can connect participant profiles to the main organisation profile. Authors can create participant profiles and link them to the organisation so those participants appear on the organisation’s public profile.
4. Preview / Submit for review: On the right side you will find Preview, Save Draft, and Submit for Review.
- Use Preview to see how the profile will look publicly.
- When you Submit for Review, the CCD team will check the profile and then publish it for you.
5. Once published, your profile will be visible on your organisation page and (if selected) on the CDN map.

2. Fields you’ll use:
- Title

How do I publish an Event?
If you’d like to host a CCD-affiliated event or collaborate with CCD on an event, you can publish it on the CCD website and add a one-click registration button that emails you each time someone registers. If you prefer to use your own ticketing page, add an external registration link and the event post will redirect visitors there
Dashboard → Events → Add New (or All Events → Add New).
Fill the event form:
- Title & Subtitle (optional)
- Date & Time (start / end)
- Location (physical address or “online”)
- Event Type: Online / In-person / Hybrid
- Description and Agenda / Notes
- Hosts & Organisers: select partner profiles (if hosts are partners) or add host names
- Secondary partners / participants: link partner profiles who co-organise or present
- Featured Image: upload the event poster/hero (this appears in listings)
- Registration options:
- CCD registration (on-site): a one-click registration button for CCD members. This built-in option sends an automatic email confirmation to registrants and a notification email to the organiser for each registration.
- External registration link: if you use an external ticketing page, provide the external URL and the event listing will link to that page.
- Recording & release forms: if you plan to record and publish event videos, link the release form in this field and send participants the release link and password. Participants must sign the release before recordings are published.
Checklist & right-hand options: on the right you will find options to Save Draft, Preview, and Submit for Review. Ensure the checklist items (featured image, date/time, hosts, registration settings) are complete before submitting.
Submit for Review: the CCD team will review event details and publish the event listing. If you chose CCD registration, the system will manage attendee confirmations and organiser notifications.
