Sadaf Saeed is an urban infrastructure planner by profession and her working is mainly in the field of urban planning and transportation planning. Currently she is pursuing her doctorate degree in the School of Global, Urban, and Planning Studies, from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Melbourne, Australia. She is also a DAAD scholar and has completed her post-graduation in Infrastructure Planning from Stuttgart University, Germany. Professionally she has served in both the academia as well as practical fields under various executive positions. Her diversified professional experience includes working in a number of well reputed urban planning organisations in Pakistan such as The Urban Unit, NESPAK, Transport Department Punjab, City and Regional Planning Department UET, Lahore.
At the Conscious Festival 2020, Sadaf will be talking about non-motorized urban mobility ; focused on urban design linked with walk-able community under neo-liberal planning approach.
