Behavioural Change and Inclusion.
Sarwat Tasneem is the founder of 14-Consulting, a social enterprise advising organisations internationally, in creating healthy, diverse, inclusive working cultures and a regular speaker on symbolism, heritage and inclusion in design.
She studied and worked in architecture consulting in workplace thought leadership for global practices. This experience is the foundation of her retraining and work in Behavioural Change across EMEA.
Sarwat has advised government(s) in policy and cohesion, and high level conflict resolution across continents with regard to freedom of religion and belief, and is a key member on the Government’s Roundtable for faith leaders. She has guided City Hall on Mental Health practice and policy for London’s female faith communities.
She is also an advisory board member on the Archbishop of Canterbury’s national interfaith and none social cohesion program.
