Luciana Brarda

Co Founder – Atmosfera Collective

Luciana is an architect from Argentina, holding a degree from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario and a postgraduate specialization in Neuroarchitecture from Escola Sert in Barcelona. Driven by a deep passion for improving quality of life through space, she co-founded Atmosfera Collective, a strategic consultancy that transforms workspaces into environments that prioritize the health and well-being of their users.

Luciana’s mission stems from her belief in the profound impact that space has on both physical and mental health. She advocates for designs that foster a holistic connection between individuals and their surroundings, ensuring that spaces actively contribute to reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting a sense of balance. She places particular emphasis on the importance of reconnecting with nature in urban settings, a key focus in her work as she aims to mitigate the negative effects of living in dense, artificial environments.

At Atmosfera Collective, Luciana leads teams in researching user needs and developing innovative solutions to create healthier, more harmonious environments for organizations. She collaborates with businesses to integrate sensory elements into their workplaces, recognizing that the design of these spaces is crucial to boosting productivity, creativity, and overall well-being. Her work extends beyond functional design, with the aim of raising awareness about how spatial environments can be a powerful tool for enhancing daily life.
