Melina holds a masters degree from the University of Antwerp in Sociology and a Master degree in Neuroscience applied to architectural design from IUAV Venice. Her expertise lies at the social value of people in relation to the built environment and workplace design. With her company Think Ahead she designs and operates coworking spaces to create environments where people focus, create, relax and learn. As an operator she can see the space come to life. As a university college professor, she teaches social workers about wellbeing and motivation. Melina loves to meet people and inspire them with the knowledge field of designing for the mind and people. Founding CCD Antwerp is one of the ways to realise this ambition.
