Beatriz Rubio

Studio Azul

Beatriz Rubio López is an interior architect graduated from ETSAM and founder of Studio Azul. With more than twenty years of professional experience, she has developed projects in housing, workplaces, public spaces, and exhibitions, integrating disciplines such as neuroarchitecture, biophilia, and geobiology, always oriented towards human well-being. Her practice focuses on conscious design and the creation of sensory spaces that foster the interaction between body, mind, and environment.

Throughout her career, Beatriz has combined research, spirituality, and architectural practice, exploring how spaces influence emotions, health, and quality of life. Her approach has led her to work on the practical application of neuroarchitecture in real projects, bringing new perspectives to both domestic environments and public and cultural facilities.

Alongside her professional practice, she also develops an active role as lecturer and educator in universities, festivals, and international forums, where she shares her vision of a more human and conscious architecture. In her talks, science, intuition, and design converge as tools for transformation, within a framework where connection with nature and the Earth is understood as the foundation of dwelling.
