I’m an advisor, researcher and public speaker within sustainability in the Real Estate and Organizational Wellbeing based in Stockholm, Sweden.

My interests lie on human-centric design and sustainable architecture, organizational wellbeing, climate action, ESG strategies, innovation and Artificial Intelligence. With a focus on sustainability in real estate, he’s dedicated  career to advocating for organizational wellbeing strategies, particularly through the WELL Standard. My goal is to optimize workplace experiences and human sustainability while advancing environmental responsibility and social impact.

Since 2019, I have been associated wit the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), where I guide organizations to set and leverage their ESG goals through evidence-based strategies which support and improve health outcomes, and I drive market growth in the Nordics region. Prior to joining IWBI, I worked as a sustainability consultant at the global engineering consulting firm WSP in Sweden and New York, specializing in strategic client advisory with a focus on sustainability, health and wellbeing in the real estate sector, as well as business development, marketing and education. 

I’ve been the first WELL AP and Faculty in the Nordics an introduced the WELL Standard to the region, led one of the LEED working group at the Sweden Green Building Council, and hold educational trainings at the USGBC’s Greenbuilt event to advance planetary and human sustainability.
