The Greenhouse fosters thought leadership and innovation by nurturing creative solutions to social needs through collaborative problem-solving. Operating like a hackathon, participants tackle design provocations in groups, brainstorming ideas and addressing design challenges. Participants also explore opportunities for collaboration in articles, events, and other projects, contributing to the Conscious Cities Movement.

Speaker

Andrés Colmenares (Bogotá, 1982) is a Latin American strategist and creative researcher based in Barcelona, working at the intersection of futures, digital economies, and socio-ecological impact. He is currently shaping and delivering grant programs and impact narratives with WeTransfer’s Supporting Act Foundation while leading the design of the Master in Design for Responsible AI at ELISAVA.

Andres will bring us a research design challenge around design and technology, to be revealed during the event.
