Arquitecta por la UPC (2007) y Máster en Educación por la Universidad de Jaén
(2013). Mi experiencia reciente se centra en la gestión de infraestructura educativa
escolar. Trabajé en y para el MINEDU entre 2014 y 2022, además de desempeñarme
como docente universitaria desde 2013.
Esta experiencia trabajando directamente en torno a los espacios que albergan a
niños, niñas y adolescentes, y evidenciando el impacto que el entorno (construido
y no construido) tiene en su bienestar integral y en el acceso a sus derechos, caló
profundamente en mí y trascendió a un interés más allá del ámbito de los espacios
escolares.
Así, he conformado una asociación sin fines de lucro (Nidalia) orientada a la mejora
de espacios educativos en el ámbito rural. Como docente, he tenido la oportunidad
de profundizar en este interés por el vínculo entre entorno/espacio e
infancia/adolescencia, y trasladarlo a la problemática de la vivencia de niños, niñas
y adolescentes en espacios urbanos. Actualmente, investigo en torno al acceso y
calidad del espacio público y los espacios educativos para la infancia, así como el
impacto que tienen en su bienestar y desarrollo integral.

Architect by the University of Applied Sciences UPC (2007) and Master in Education
from the University of Jaén (2013). My recent experience focuses on the
management of school educational infrastructure. I worked at and for the Ministry
of Education in Peru between 2014 and 2022, in addition to working as a university
professor since 2013.
This experience working directly around the spaces that house children and
teenagers and evidencing the impact that the environment (built and non-built) has
on their well-being and access to their rights, deeply affected me and transcended
an interest beyond the scope of school spaces.
Thus, I have formed a non-profit association (Nidalia) aimed at improving
educational spaces in rural areas. As a teacher, I have had the opportunity to
deepen this interest in the link between environment/space and
childhood/adolescence, and transfer it to the experience of children and teenagers
in urban spaces. Currently, I am researching around the access and quality of public
space and educational spaces available for children, as well as the impact they
have on their well-being and development.
